I've been looking for a nail salon for months and I finally found one that 1) clean 2) knows their products 3) gentle 4) detail oriented. The lady who did mine was very focused and almost a perfectionist. Totally suggest will be returning

Nancy's nails was recommended to me. This was a great experience. My nails look amazing. Very professional. Did exactly what I requested. I am definitely going back. So glad I went.
Absolutely awful experience, I got a shellac manicure and to start off she cut my cuticles which you are not supposed to do! While cutting my cuticles she cut my skin and made me bleed everywhere. She then did not dehydrate my nails before applying a base coat. From there everything went fine except for all of the unsanitary tools used...until 6 days later when my nail polish is now cracking and chipping off after 6 DAYS!!! I can do my own shellac nails at my house and it will last a lot longer then these. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
This store is awesome staff are great very friendly and your nails look fabulous I have had so many compliments in my nails in he 3 years I have been going to this salon they are there for you

I have been too MANY nail salons. By far the best! I drive 45 minutes to just go there. Professional, friendly, and ALWAYS the best nails (never painful like some other salons!)
Would not recommend or return. I got a pedicure and during it my heel was cut in 2 places. They were not forthcoming about telling me and only mentioned it when there were drops of blood on the towel. I haven’t received many pedicures in my life and never had this been the case (first time to this salon as I went with a friend who lives in the area). In all fairness I did reach out directly to make my issue know to management and the response was that they didn’t mean to hurt me (I do realize this) and what can they do to make it better. I sincerely do appreciate the response but I already paid full price and will not be returning so I do not have a suggested resolution. I don’t normally write negative reviews but I think it’s important to share honest experiences especially when it has to do with health and well-being.
