This salon has great quality nails and they do an awesome job on dip powder nails HOWEVER the last couple times I have made an appointment, I get there and they have double booked or overbooked and so I am told to come back in an hour or two hours or tomorrow. Because I work full time and have a family, I don’t have the luxury of coming back whenever, hence why I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I understand the need to make money but there is also a need to provide customer service to your clients and be on time for appointments.

Wanted an appointment for 12:30. Called to make an appointment- 1pm was the best best available time. Arrived at 12:55 and stood at the door. About 6 employees and 4 customers sat there staring at me for about 1 minute. Then I had an interaction and Said that I had an appointment. Silence again for 60 whole seconds...all the while ... eyes locked like an owl. Then she asks me to come back in 30 minutes. Someone should explain how appointments work. Not going to be me. Walked right out of there.

Appreciate they are great with appointments, always on time. They have lots of options but aren't pushy, super friendly, and very clean. Have been multiple times and will continue.
I went there on Friday. Its good place and good price. They are friendly. The service is also good. i wish to go over there again.
I’ve been to this nail salon a couple times and actually liked my nails there until the last time I went. Got my nails done by teara for the first time and not only were the quality of my nails so horrible (chipped and feel off within a week due to not enough gel product on) but she told me my fill would be 45 then when payment came said they were 70 FOR A FILL. I suggest if you go here to request any other mail tech unless you want overpriced low quality nails.
Lillian did an amazing job on my nails and was super sweet. My new go to place!!
