We dealt with Cameron here on such a short notice to rent a truck (U-Haul screwed us by not having the moving truck ready on moving day). He was amazing to deal with and the truck we used was clean and really nice to drive. Will be returning here again to rent a truck!

Just Brutal! Have used these guys many times before and wished to continue being loyal, but no longer!! Booked Sunday online, got a confirmation, got a second confirmation from Penske Online Assistance the following Tuesday, then shortly after Cameron gives me a call from the Barrie office only to tell me that online bookings are never guaranteed (absurd why they wouldn't be, why offer them??) and they were sold out and I was SOL. Would not recommend or if you do beware and make sure you call and confirm several times including up until the moving date to avoid surprises. Thanks for making our move much more difficult Penske! PS Dont offer a booking option you have no interest in honouring!
Good and quick answer to my request. Open to fair deal. Good follow up for customer satisfaction. It's a place for good business.
Trevor was fantastic. He was very helpful, professional and efficient. The truck was very clean. We had a great experience! We would definitely use Penske again.
