One of the best places to go if you're looking for experts and results. Only my second time going to a popeye's but I loved it! I'm a military vet and I know diet and exercise but the sales associate that worked with me, Cynthia, really knows her stuff! She's a personal trainer as well and gave me some tips that have provided me phenominal results; I've achieved in weeks what normally takes several months. I used to think supplements were more or less placebo-sugar-pills. Just goes to show what happens when you work with experts. Don't think I've ever been so pleased to be wrong. -Paul

I love this store. There was one amazing staff woman at this store introduced me to my new favourite (Beyond Yourself) vegan protein. I try to wait for deals, which they have quite often. We always buy what we need from this place. During covid, we called ahead and she had everything ready for us when we showed up.

Best place to buy any workout stuff. Was in there for 20 minutes with Cynthia and she got me set up with everything that I would need. Would recommend to beginners and experts, I learnt a lot.

Upon getting back into my fitness regime, I went into Popeyes and met the incredibly helpful Cynthia! The entire store has a wonderful bright vibe and is very well displayed/ set up! However the energy just wouldn't be the same without Cynthia! Hands down. She's very knowledgeable and passionate about all the products she's selling or even just educating you on! It's obvious to see that fitness isn't just a 9-5 job for her, it's a lifestyle and that's very inspiring! She makes it a super welcoming experience to shop at that particular location regardless if you're new to fitness, or not.
