I was skeptical at first because it was one of a few places that were open on a Sunday but I’m very glad I booked an appointment here. The male tech (can’t remember his name) was very quick and did an awesome job shaping and applying my acrylics. Nancy was the one who painted them and she was able to perfectly replicate the photo I showed her and my nails look amazing!
This nail salon is absolutely fantastic! The salon is clean, well decorated, calming and not oversized. They provide individual clean towels for each customer to use when hand washing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and speak to you, instead of only each other (which if you've been to another salon you know is not always the case). The talent here is mind blowing! They take their time, ensuring their work is top quality (not just rushing to get the next client in). By far the BEST nail art I've ever seen! All nail are is hand painted and the detail is incredible! The BEST nail salon in Barrie that I've ever been to!
I went there to get a FILL. and they charged me 67?! I was so disappointed because I asked them if I could have a new set but the lady said it would be expensive. I asked her how much it would be and said she would add it up for me. Of course she didn’t add it up for me until I was done and to pay. All I got was a fill and a change of colour. I asked her why she’s charging so much just for a fill and she explains to me that it’s a 45 charge for a new colour?! That’s stupidity and nuts who charges that? I’m not coming there again...
Loved Nancy's work, but last week i had to reschedule my appt due to work so i left 2 detailed messages asking that she calls me back so we can change my appt, I never heard back and that was 4 days ago. I rated this experience only a 2 because i think customer services is the most important thing in a business and the rest comes after. Coming from experience because I've had my own business for 19 years.
I’ve been going to princess nails for as long as I can remember. Andy and Nancy always recreate any picture I show them and have always been honest and upfront about pricing. I can always count on Nancy for a beautiful design and nails that last. There’s no other nail place that even compares to the cleanliness and excellent service that I receive when I go here! Would highly recommend to anyone!! :)
Went in to have my nails done today and was very pleased with the customer service and love my nails. Andy was very pleasant and took his time to ensure that my nails were perfect. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
