I went to this location in Barrie around 4pm on December 3rd. I received no acknowledgment when I went into the store, there were boxes everywhere, so much so that I couldn’t safely walk around the store, and once I finally found the item I was looking for, the staff were having loud conversations with each other and ignoring me at the cash. I even heard a worker say that they wish they had a gun so they can shoot themself and one of their coworkers. This was a joke, but not something to be said around customers whatsoever. I’m in shock that this is occurring and will not be revisiting this location due to the total lack of professionalism.

Awful. My husband purchased a arm tensor for his elbow there awhile back and purchased the warranty with it. Last year I went in because it needed replaced so he was going to use the warranty. They couldn't find him in the system at all, so clearly it wasn't inputted properly. In the end the manager dealt with it, and we bought another warranty for the new one. Now, a couple weeks ago, my husband went in to get a new tensor under the warranty, they told him they couldn't find him but their computer wasn't working properly so for him to come back. So, this past weekend we went in to get it done, and again, was told that they couldn't find anything and to try coming back on Tuesday..... well how is coming back going to help? It's not. They simply are not wanting to deal with the issue at hand and passing him along. This is absolutely ridiculous. I highly suggest not getting any sort of warranty with them since they can't seem to keep track of it.

I bought a warranty on my Gravity Blade All-Terrain Scooter and the inner tube of the back tire has popped twice, not to mention handle bars are twisting. I ride my scooter on flat surfaces and I take good care of it. I called to use my warranty and the lady on the phone said “well what were you doing “, like I caused my scooter to be faulty! I have no issue with the 3-4 week wait time due to COVID 19, but she didn’t have to be rude!
