This place has an excellent supply of all the materials you need for everything related to your house and renovation. Often at better prices than Home Depot. Just recently I bought 5 inch baseboard regularly priced for less than half what HD was asking. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Drivers suck, flatbed delivery truck ran a red and wrote my car off. All he said was i was on my brakes the whole time. Managment was nothing but an a when i spoke to him. Thank you simcoe building center. Would have been 0 stars but i can't

My husband and I own a small business and after searching high and low for building supplies and being told we could not get them due to inventory being low, (ie; covid/business shut downs) we found what we needed at Simcoe Building. Thank goodness. Delivery was fast and friendly. It is nice to deal with a local building company rather than the big corporations, we also see great quality with the lumber.

In love with one of their kitchen designs they have in their showroom. Took My Measurements of my kitchen over the summer, I was told they were going to email me the quote, and still waiting for the quote. Been at the Store twice after a month, then again after 3 moths to asked about the quote and only thing she said is , She's been too busy and that She will get back to me Wednesday or Thursday. ITS been 4 moths and still waiting for the quote!
