I came through drive thru at around 5:15pm on March 11 and waited in the drive thru for about 20 minutes (not just the speaker). This taco bell is notorious for making people wait at the speaker for long periods of time, so we figured they were just short staffed and couldn’t handle a rush, NO, they were closed with a line up around the building. I’m not one to complain because I work in fast food and I know how stressful it is, but this isn’t the first time it’s happened. There was zero indication that they were closed. A helpful tip: put something in your drive thru to indicate that you’re closed.

Food was good. Service was good But whoever packed the food put the fries supreme sideways in bag. Upon removing said fries i ended up with bagged fries supreme. Not very happy. Picked fries out of bag to put in carton.
Came in to this location the other night about 10 minutes to closing. They were cleaning up & getting ready to close the store but still were able to serve me right away & without any rude comments about me coming in last minute lol.. I've had too many bad experiences with employees at fast food places trying to refuse service & close early but that wasn't the case with this place! The food was also on par for taco bell, no complaints from me!
I’m very surprised with the poor service and lack of professionalism of the employees. On the drive thru waiting for a very long time until the car ahead was finally served. Than when our turn came and placed our order and said multiple times the order and saying no cheese on our order and when it came to them to repeat our order it was completely wrong and had to start again from the beginning. All this done we picked up our order we got no receipt and cheese in the order. Do I need to say that I’m severely allergic to cheese products for them to understand? P.s do we need to blame COVID for the lack of training?
The lady that I believe is one of the managers is always super sassy, rushing you, and argues with you when you tell her she messed up your order (which is probably half the time). Bad service and incompetent employees
