Hi just wanted to let you know that this promo code is so confusing. I went to your store at Bryne Drive Barrie and Shelley said she never seen this before and has to call someone to double check it. Only to find out that this was expired???? I went to google to check the code again myself and it says promo is 4/20/20-1/1/21. To top it all she was not very accomodating. I went back to the same store to replace my unopened gallon of surface cleaner into 70% alcohol because the surface cleaner spray that I am using is very soapy so I will not be needing the extra gallon for the refill. She just said straight up to my face \No I can't do that we don't do refund or return\ while pointing at the memo on the counter. She didn't even ask me if it is used or opened. This is my first time in your store and definitely not coming back for that very rude customer service.
