Excellent service and sales department's, friendly staff, they go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied. 5 stars across the board here. I'm a retired Auto shop owner and look at these places not only as a customer but from an insiders view point understanding everything that goes on in an automotive business. A positive review from someone in the field is an exceptional compliment, and that's the situation here. The people at Wickstrom are all exceptional professionals. Whether its service or sales the staff is friendly and makes sure to take care of all of our needs. The service writer I deal with on all our vehicles knows us by name and treats us as if we are old friends. He is very detailed and makes sure the Repair order is clear for the technician so nothing gets lost between what I'm asking for and the tech working on the car. The techs I've dealt with know their stuff and have done a great job with everything. Even the nice young lady who drove me home was a 5 star employee. The Sales department is a refreshing change from your typical sales room. They will let you look around and take your time without tackling you like most Dealers. When and if you want to talk to a sales rep they are extremely helpful and polite. If your looking for a new car or a place to service your vehicles make sure to try out Wickstrom. We have bought 3 cars there and have all our service work done at Wickstrom. We really enjoy our Dodge vehicles and the people at Wickstrom. Top notch Dealership all the way.

I'd especially like to thank Jared Nelson for making this purchase a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would also like to give Frank Oswald in the service department my upmost praise and gratitude.
