The older woman behind the counter wasn't very friendly at all. No hello, nothing, literally stood there and looked at me waiting for me to tell her what I wanted. Customer service is equally as important as the product you're selling.
Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The person was rude, acting like my presence inconvenienced her greatly. Couldn't even stay off her phone long enough for me to pay, or return a goodbye.
