So I tried to reach out to someone in charge about this but instead was confronted by the person who I had such a bad experience with the lady switching my title, she was extremely rude. When I went in for a title transfer. She threw the title back when it wasn't completely filled out and began rolling her eyes and staring at the ceiling in frustration. I had to verbally ask her what she wanted because I did not know what the problem was, she answered to which I responded that not everyone knows what needs to be on a title, she procedded to be very rude and unapologetic. I returned inside and asked for a supervisor or manager and Jessica came forward and made a scene in front of others in the office. This is not okay! When I asked for a manager again she said okay and went back to the back of office to continue her conversation with another employee. There is a reason this office gas a 2 star rating!

I feel like leaving 1 star is misleading and people might think they did something good to earn that star. Unfortunately, I can't leave 0 stars or I certainly would. Can't get anyone on the phone to ask a simple question. Typical government worker attitudes when I got there to try to help my elderly in-laws register their vehicles. Miserable folks!! I feel sorry for the people that have to live with you. What a miserable existence that must be.
Multiple voice-mail and calls no answer. Got there 5 mins before closing and they locked doors, elderly couple before me were there even earlier and they were turned away. Ladies inside were laughing and waving thinking it was funny.
Either they do not train their employees well enough to know how to do their jobs or they straight up lie to people that don’t know how some things work.... one of those two things IS true, either way you guys are literally the worst.
They don't ever answer phone calls. Which is especially important during the pandemic, because people still need to register their vehicles! And as the offices are closed, there are no updates on their website about when they'll possibly reopen. And by registering my vehicle online, the final step is still to go in the office to pay my fees and show proof of insurance which I cannot do if I cannot even call to make an appointment or walk in because they're closed to the public. Do you see what a headache this is?!
