Very good staff and knwledgable. Good customer service on all visits.
Good selection of games but they are not competitive with online any more. The only things I pick up here are cheaper than normal special edition items I don't want broken in the mail. If you were to trade in games they tend to get competitive with CEX up the road which is good for kids wanting to buy their next game, but not for the collector who wants new sealed games. Recently I tend to walk by because even the preowned games are not as competitive in deals as they used to be. A few quid extra and you're buying new.
