Went to the shop today to have a replacement battery on my S8 which i hoped would have resolved the problem but it didn't. Phoned the guys in the shop and they said drop it back and we will refund your money. You can't ask for more than that. I found them really helpful and polite and professional. Will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future

My 6 yo tablets screen went black, I thought I would have to buy an expensive new one but Greenpoint fixed it in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. Full covid measures in shop. Excellent service

I brought my Xbox one X and dell laptop to the guys to fix. The Xbox unfortunately was not worth repairing but they fixed my laptop quickly and at a good price. Called there today quite prepared to pay 75 to have the charge socket replaced on my iPad. The very polite Guy on the counter took it away for a “quick look “ and brought it back minutes later with the problem fixed free of charge! That’s what I call Service and Honesty. You can guess where I’ll be going for all my future IT work. Many thanks Greenpoint!
