Tried all other supermarkets (3) in my area, none were as fast, none were as efficient as Iceland. The Web page instructions were clear and the whole ordering procedure was extremely easy to complete. Theres more cheer in a morgue than this place. Granted the food is adequate but this place is desperately in need of staff training and refurbishment. The lack of initiative by staff there has left me irate on countless occasions. The queue is soul destroyingly slow and has been even since before covid. Now it feels like a place where shoppers go to die. If your in a hurry do not go here.
