Patrice, the office manager, is a great landlord. We got in to our two bedroom apartment within 3 days. She is sweet, & out going & will do what she can to help you. The apartment rooms have a lot of space, and are bug free! We are loving our stay here already, & have only been here for a week. The neighbors are very quiet, & we feel safe and comfortable in our place; which is always nice. I give 5 Stars to Brookhaven & huge thank you to Patrice Mason! - #158 (Skye & Robert) ** I highly recommend renting from the Brookhaven Plaza Apartments **

I just thought I'd share a story. I had done my laundry at the laundry mat and totally overlooked one dryer of clothes well I went to do the next laundry run at least a week later and i notice some items of clothing that looked to be familiar to me all folded up nice and neat in the corner on the table. I was shocked at how no one thought they were to whoever might want them. My miss me jeans my kids Jordan jacket alot of expensive clothes and I had just forgotten about all still there. After a week. I rarley see trouble around here on my side of the plaza. We have never had police at out apartment and those who have end up getting evicted so that helps with alot of the trouble we used to see. We currently have a security guard on grounds at night also. Safety is most important when u have others who depend on u to provide that For them.

Pretty impressed, hadn't visited in years. Place looks better, nice folks. Uncle lives here he had nothing but good things to say about the place. Out in the sticks but overall pleasant
