Worst agent I've ever had to deal with. Their customer pulled out in front of my son making an illegal use of center lane. She was apologetic, said it was her fault, the police report said it was her fault, but when we went to call this agent the following week, she copped an attitude saying it was my sons fault. Well there was a witness, the truth came out and it ended up costing them more than what it would have been if they had just done their job. There's no reason to cop an attitude, very unprofessional.
