The only wireless store I have ever been to that truly honors warranty on Iphone repairs! Got my phone fixed about 2 weeks ago and dropped it once and it stopped touching all of the sudden. took it back in and was honest about the drop so they replaced it for free on the spot! Even threw in a screen protector for the inconvenience! Lovely store and even better people!!!
i have had multiple bad experiences with wireless stores across memphis, however b connected has been the most honest, reasonable, and trustworthy store of them all! For as long as I am in the area I will forever shop with this store! 5 stars!!!
The staff at b connected are tremendous, they fixed my phones in less than 20 minutes and always give me great deals when I come in thanks to all the staff at B Connected you’ll have my business forever!
