The setup was beautiful the atmospbere was nice and it was a night to remember. Ooh the food was good also. It was my wife class 0f 2000 class reunion for wooddale highschool. You could see the timing planning and work that went in yesterday and it was all love from what I seen and experienced

If I could give them 10 star waiting I would. I just recently got married on 9/24/2020. I had my ceremony at Graceland and reception at the Bartlett Banquet Hall. From the very first moment that I talked to Francis. She was amazing!!! She worked with me, step by step to make sure it was my dream and more. It was absolutely beautiful!!! It turned out more than I could’ve ever hoped for. Especially with me living in Texas, and just seeing it the day before the reception. It was perfect!! Bethany and her staff did an amazing job be attentive and made sure me and my groom didn’t have to worry about anything. I cant thank Bethany and Frances enough for all there help, and beautiful work they did for our reception. I wish I could relive it every day. I had no worries or stress, and Frances stayed in contact with me every couple of weeks before the wedding. Thank y’all again for such a beautiful and amazing reception. 10/10. Love love love it!!!!

Got married here a month ago. We were orginally was having an outdoor wedding yet had to change our plans quickly due to the weather. Pros: able to seat my 50 guests. Staff was pleasant during contract signing. Cons: table cloths and under tables were dirty ( the dark lighting was there to hide that I'm guessing but several of guest complained about the dirt) which was embarrassing. It is also horrible due to sanitary care especially with COVID 19. I have left items there that I could never get due to their inconveniencing schedules.. only want you to visit in the late evenings Paid for two host who barley assisted unless frequently reminded of their roles No temperatures where checked at the front door before guest entrance which was agreed for their staff to ensure happened due to COVID 19 Two stars given bc they assisted me with a little over a week notice. Which I really appreciated but our health is my 1st priority.
