Took the drive there because they advertised that they had certain phones and would not answer the phone. Got there and the were on the the phones and almost too busy to help. Finally after I was reading something about one of the phones available I hear a woman rudely ask if she could help me. I proceeded to ask her about the advertisement and she basically told me that none of those phones are for sale at those prices and in fact that they hadn’t had many of the ones advertised. Even though they posted the ad only hours before my arrival. Was a nice day for a drive so I’m not complaining about that.

I went with my sister because she had phone issues all weekend. So this is based upon her experience at the store in which I was a witness to. My sister bought a Samsung Galaxy A51 from Best Buy and was having a lot of issues with phone services. With frustration at its maximum, she finally returned the phone back to Bestbuy and came to Boost Mobile to complain. This is when she found out that the Samsung Galaxy A51 is not supported to this phone service; a lot of people were having the same issues and that's why at that store, didn't carry them. I don't know if she will keep her service with Boost Mobile but at that particular moment, she needed a phone that fitted her budget and felt comfortable with. Anyway, the customer service was great and he pretty much answered all of her questions. With that being said she bought an upgrade of the phone she previously had. Of course, after she got home she did some research of her own. Found out the guy overcharged her for the phone, even though he said he would throw in a case for free. The phone she really wanted at the store was at the price online as in the store. The things they do to get over on you! The reason why she didn't get it because she didn't want to go through the same thing all over again with the phone services (yes it was a Samsung!).

This is the worst place to buy a phone. The employees were not helpful at all. They just want your money and send you on your way. Last time we were here there was a lady that was very helpful. Your better off dealing with customer service and going online. The person in customer service was extremely helpful. Your store will no longer receive any business from me.
