Very rude staff!! Staff needs to be more compassionate and considerate especially during times likes this. I did not appreciate how my family was treated and myself. Will not be coming back.

I have dealt with Countryside Funeral home before and and everytime everything has been handled in a very professional manner. Everybody that works there is very caring and very thoughtful about a funeral process. If you have lost a loved one or someone close to you please give them a try you will not be disappointed

A very caring, compassionate and professional staff. Philomena was patient and explained everything thouroughly. My needs were met and follow up was prompt. We used their cremation services during the pandemic and it was handled very well. Countryside has their own facility for cremation which took the stress out of extra arrangements and transfers. If you find this type of service is necessary, please do consider contacting one of their locations.

After the passing of my father-in-law, we contacted Countryside to discuss their services. They were very polite, understanding, and promptly offered their help with the funeral process. They were very professional with explaining the options, costs, and process to us. Their facility was very nice and we had absolutely no issues.
