I have been here a couple of times and at first I had no problem with drinks, but the last three times I noticed that they don’t add the swirls you ask them to. My drinks have been really bitter. I have worked at Dunkin before and know that some places try to save on costs and hold back on swirls. Didn’t know this place would also follow that path.

I came in and restated my order over 5 times, they forgot details like ketchup and coffee. i was given attitude and told to re-order. i recieved 2 cold and hard bagels and a frozen coffee with milk that tasted expired.
