Express opens later than normal I'm assuming because of the pandemic and will NOT update it on Google which is just as careless and does not protect their customers. I drove 20 miles ONE WAY because it said they opened at 10am. I arrive at 10:17am and of course they are CLOSED. I called the store and Mindy or some female manager says they open at 11 and doesn't even apologize or assure me this will be updated. I help take care of my almost 80 year grandmother and just being out is always a risk. I tried to wait outside the store but there are people sitting of course with NO mask. Express you all need to do better. This is absurd!! Look at the time on my screenshot and what does it say by hours: OPEN!

I love Express clothing! The customer care team is stellar and their associates are friendly. The tall guy (I don't know his name) has the best customer service skills and he was very helpful. It has been a pleasure to interact with Jimmy as well! Thanks you guys for promtly rectifying the problem!
I love Express jeans! Can’t really afford them 96 a pair, but when I can squeeze that out every now and then, this is my jeans store! Always clean and tidy! They will greet you at the door.
