Ate at Jets Pizza last nigh (2/19/20), the Bartlett location. They were one of few locations that were open due to the weather. As a result they were slammed with orders, I actually waited 2 hours. My food was awesome. I was more impressed with how the 3 of them pushed through the madness of hungry, some angry customers and kept their cools. I actually think their store hours were modified but they continued to serve customers. You are most appreciated and thank you.
If I could I would give ten stars !!! Hard to find such good customer service and good quality in food both at the same time!! I called in at 9:45 pm . 15 mins before time for them to close. I was skeptic about even calling and ordering bc I knew it was late and was expecting to get some rude person mad bc I lm ordering right before closing time. I asked him was it too late to order and he made me feel welcome and was very kind. He was the store manager and had already had a bad day bc he had a lot of folks call in. Just wanted to leave this review for this place and for the customer service being put forth in our local Bartlett area! I will be back !! Thank again Jets pizza! Keep on keeping on!!
Crispy edges on a deep dish pizza. Ample toppings as well. Very good, and a good price. "Detroit" style deep dish, quite heavy. I'll be back.

What's the name of the owners? Worst customer service. Worst pizza. Will not spend my hard earned money here again.
Nice combination of dough, sauce and topping ratio. Chicken.wings were a little heavily sauced but the crispy and seasoned flavor compensated. Overall a great Friday or Saturday evening choice for dinner esp if you're having friends over.
