Went in to check on a problem I was having with the charging port on my phone and the guy said he would need to reseat it. It didn’t seem out of place, but he was the “ expert”... I turned my back for no more than 2 minutes snd he said it was ready... I was stunned and amazed, even more stunned when he said it would be 89 !! YIKES!! Nearly 2700 an hour for labor!! That was bad enough but what I realized some time later was that the “ reseat” was actually a matter of clearing the port of lint with a safety pin...kind of shady tactics snd a poor way to gain customer loyalty... I won’t be going back, EVER

I had to get my sons I phone 11 fixed and I just knew this was going to be one impossible and expensive task. To my surprise the tech asked what happened and how did I hear about there location. I replied on Next Door my local neighborhood watch group. He said oh yeah as if he was impressed Lol... He said let me make a quick call and see How I can help you. So after the call he said I’ll need the phone and your number we can help you. It was an 9 hour turn around time and the price was right. Phone fixed happy teenager. I really appreciate the phenomenal customer service I received I felt very valued as If I were apart of The Family... Thank you Magic Wireless for being apart of Bartlett Tennessee and for continued blessings.
