Everyone was so kind and helpful. Emily Burnett was such a blessing to us. My sister looked beautiful. The flowers were absolutely amazing. The catering of the food that was delivered was delicious. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS through the website, which routes to 1-800-Flowers, and the website apparently has no control over this because it is an ad. Call the funeral home directly and order from their in-house florist instead! Providing this info in case it helps someone else. I ordered through the website, 3 days early, and flowers were delivered the NIGHT after the service. Apparently this happens frequently from 1-800-Flowers. The services of the funeral home itself are very good. Just be warned about flower delivery!

During a most difficult time, Memphis Funeral home led me and my family through the process to make my mom’s service beautiful. I had so many questions, and numerous decisions, and yet the staff handled them easily which brought comfort and ease to us all. They thought of everything, much I hadn’t even thought about. From beginning to end, the service went smoothly and professionally, always making sure the family was being taken care of, even the smallest of details. Emily, Ken, and Mickie are the only names I can recall, and I’m sure there are others, but they are rock stars to me. Their comments and sometimes a little humor were always appropriate which helped to put me at ease when I most needed it. Thank you Memphis Funeral home for a job well done!
