So, I call to find out why the service is out and ask a few questions. Basically, my service needs to double to get reliable service. The guy began to talk over me and argue that his lack of overnight support and opening at 9am was sufficient. I asked him not to talk over me, and before I could finish that sentence, he was spouting off AT&T’s 800 number. I asked if he was the owner, and he said yes. I hung up. Off to search for a new carrier.

I had this service for over 10 yrs first with Pinnacle now Azur towers . Mr James was professional and friendly. . . but the last visit when requested took 3. weeks and the tech no mask and appeared like he was in a rush I waited 3 week.
If you have an issue after hours you can NEVER get in touch with anyone. There voicemail says that you can leave a message or text them and “someone will get right back to you”. This has never happened!!
Changed from Ritter internet to premier back in February, and we could not be happier. Their internet service is very steady, but if there ever is an issue they get right on it and fix the problem. Everyone who works that we have dealt with there including the owner is very friendly. Update. Still happy with em. Are they free of problems, no. But it's not major or constant. There are some hiccups here and there, but they do fix it pretty quickly. But what company is 100% hiccup free? My only complaint is after hours. It's a leave a message system, so you don't always know if they got the message or have that comfort knowing your issue is being addressed. I do hope as they grow they switch to a live tech.
Have had Directv service since 2011 that I signed up with through Premier Satellite at my apartment. I really enjoy having local people to help me when I have questions. Very friendly people that are always willing to help even if its late in the evening or on the weekend.
