I visited this business and had a less than perfect experience. I left a review and the manager contacted me immediately and went above and beyond to make it right! I changed my review but wanted to include the whole experience because everyone has an off day but it takes a great manager to make it right, especially that fast. We found a great product and just waiting for it to get back in stock from the manufacturer to get it ordered.

As a designer I have worked with Prosource for many years and have always enjoyed working with their staff. Valerie B. is my point of contact there and she has always been very helpful as well as knowledgable about product, as all the staff has been. They have a large selection of wood flooring, laminate choices, they carry many distributors of tile including some of with their own branding and awesome carpet selections. They have a huge selection of accent tile options that I can't find anywhere else. They offer this and so much more! What I really like about Prosource is my clients are able to check out samples and actually take them home to see what they would look like in their spaces, which is a huge plus for them! Wide variety of choices in all floor coverings. Not , \you have a couple of choices\ deal. I have more projects , I'm sure they will see me again. Saw also a large variety of ceramic tiles , all shapes , formats , colors. Staff was very nice.

No one help us we walked around looking at carpet guess they thought we could not afford it ,i make six figures they suck less than one star
