Just had the greatest experience picking up my online order from Rickey. He has a wonderful friendly personality and made me feel like the shop in Bartow is going to become a regular stop for me and my family. I've only had the New York steamer OMG that's a great sandwich. Clean restaurant and that's important love to see owners take pride in there business.
Great service! Great sandwiches. This location never disappoints. The gentleman at the register is always so friendly and helpful. Has a hometown feeling, even though I am not from here.
COVID Review: We found ourselves in this general area while out on a lazy Sunday. Store was clean, bathroom was clean, NO sticky floors and the sandwiches were good. The gentleman taking the orders and running cash register did not have have a mask on. This made me extremely uncomfortable, and wished we had phoned our order in. No Mask in a global pandemic, equals loss of a Star.
