She was willing to help me with no hesitation and answered all of my question respectfully. She even took the time to explain to me some of the specific services offered by ups, 11/10 great employee! Need more people like her in customer service!

I’ve had to ship packages for a friend with little knowledge beyond the address it was going to, but was able to successfully be helped each time. The associate “Crystal” had me taken care of super quick and ran me through the paperwork and sent me off with the tracking ID. The package arrived (shipping within the state) in less than two days. Shipping here has been smoother than my experience anywhere else.
