Good old school gym all the equipment you need at a great price, staff friendly and equipment recently updated with new padding would highly recommend.

Upside.is nice friendly gym, staff are also friendly..downside is no fans or aircon..working out in the recent hot weather was too much .
Amazing gym just had all the equipment reupholstered as well so everything looks fresh, would highly recommend this gym to anyone in or just out of the local area.
Gym is always clean, staff are really helpful. I like to train here as tends to be less \clicky\ then other gyms I've been too. Some of the equipment could do with some new foam on handles and pads ect but other than that it does exactly what it says on the tin :)
Nice and friendly, casual. Equipment a bit dated. Cheap.
