Joining this fitness studio was one of the best decisions I have made! You won’t regret it either. Getting up early is not so hard when belonging to The Extreme Studio. Jen and the instructors are so upbeat and know what they are doing. The women are down to earth and hard working, but definitely a fun bunch! Whatever class you are looking for (cardio, weights, cycling, hot yoga, restorative yoga, barre, and so much more) , this studio has it with amazing instructors. They offer all sorts of variations that FIT YOU.

I have attended a couple classes myself and my daughter was enrolled in gymnastics. I will say Jen is both hands and heart on. Her love for these kiddos shows through and through and the expectations are clear and the kids work hard to achieve! Not only is she a great teacher she is a loving community member in Basehor that sees a need and jumps. I am honored to know her and see her passion come through.

The Extreme Studio has it all! Excellent programs for children, great classes for adults, friendly atmosphere, and amazing instructors! I absolutely love Jen's classes for adults, she is amazing! Alyssa's adult dance class is also so much fun! Alyssa is also great and creative with the little ones. My daughter took Brittany's tumbling class, it was awesome. The owner and all the instructors are very professional and skilled, such a great team! I love this place, and I would highly recommend it for everyone!

The Extreme Studio is a great place to be! I love the classes and everyone is so welcoming. I am approaching my three year attendance mark and the 5:15 am classes have changed my life.
