I got my boyfriend a watch for his birthday with all of his friends - the watch broke after a month and the manufacturer declined a repair (accusing my boyfriend that he opened the watch). We decided to pay to repair of the watch - and now it broke again. We have decided not to repair it again - and now I feel sad - as it was suppose to be a present that will last for a few years- I am very disappointed!!

My mechanic Zeno watch broke after two months and Zeno tried to complitely exclude it from the warranty by making up that I opend up the watch which is untrue. The very unfriendly person at their hotline just hanged up on me. I would definitely not recommend to buy anything from this brand.

Tolle Uhren mit einem super Preisleistungsverhältnis. Leider kann man das vom Kundendienst überhaupt nicht behaupten. Auf Email Anfragen erhält man entweder erst nach Tagen oder gar nie eine Antwort. Aktuell warte ich seit bald 10 Tagen auf eine Rückmeldung. Schade, hat es Zeno nicht nötig, gute Kunden zu behalten? Echt enttäuschend.

Hatte heute mit Herrn Huber, also Mr. Zeno Kontakt. Ist ein unhöflicher Stoffel und ist sich zu fein eine Bestätigungsmail zu schreiben oder eine Reparatur über CHF 20 zu bestätigen wenn nur die Feuchtigkeit beseitigt werden muss. Aber mal ehrlich, was ist das für eine Wasserdichte Uhr wenn Sie feucht wird. Sehr geehrter Herr Huber machen Sie Ihren Laden zu und verschonen Sie Kunden mit Ihrer unverschämten Art. Hochmut kommt vor dem Fall.
