This stores received 5 STARS for meeting all the expectations above. The lady who’s name was “Thao” was very friendly, handed me the order with a smile, and made sure that I got everything I needed. What a SPECTACULAR service. Thank you!

First time at this restaurant for takeout and very disappointed. I ordered ginger catfish with steamed vegetables. What I found in the bag was a box with a fried and dried out piece of fish and no ginger in sight. The steamed vegetables in a separate box. Pretty awful, I must say. The stir fried noodles and veggies weren’t much better, dry and tasteless. Spring rolls weren’t bad but could have used some fresh basil leaves for flavor. Basil chicken was dry and most uninspired. What a waste of money.

Still giving basil leaf five stars because their food and atmosphere is great. I would suggest however, that they update their website and provide easier ordering options. We called 10 times tonight just to get greeted by a Verizon wireless call could not be completed because the other end is busy. Try your call again later. This is unacceptable. I can only imagine how many customers they are losing from calls that do not go through for takeout. Sad! Also the website looks like it's from circa 1990. The fact that we have to download a PDF of the menu is also a little bit frustrating. All this to say I hate to give a negative star rating because overall I love this place. A business can only get away with this so many times before their customers start turning away. If this happens more in the future I will definitely consider not ordering. There are many options for creating a website for low-cost, and definitely other options for having a answering system that allows for more than one call to go through at a time. Easy fixes.
