The best wood-fired Italian pizzas in Richmond and the surrounding around.The ingredients are so fresh and it's so tasty! I am always ordering for home and for my workplace. Guys you have to try the pizzas, then you will know what I am talking about.The staff are very friendly too, always helping you with your questions on the menu. 5/5 stars!

Order was 20 minutes late, the man on the phone was extremely rude and said was we were lucky that my order was 20 minutes late as others were 35 minutes late. He then informed me that my order wasn’t even in the oven, when it said on the app it was arriving soon. The way I was spoke to was horrible, screaming down the phone abuse. They’ve also lied and I never received any food as he said he was cancelling it over the phone so I am outraged that I’ve had to pay for food I never received. He wouldn’t let me cancel it through the app as he kept it on arriving for hours. I can’t stress enough how upset I am that I have had to pay for food I didn’t even receive and just verbal abuse instead. This was on Friday 15th January at 8pm.

Basilico Pizza turned into our most favourite pizza! Me and the hubby ordered second time from the Richmond branch and both deliveries were excellent. Very fast arriving,hot and extremely delicious vegan Zucchini & Artichokes pizza. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for tasty,vegan food.

I order pizzas a few weeks ago. They turned up 90 mins late even though i had pre ordered hours before that to ensure i beat the rush. Tried and tried during the 90 mins to speak to the branch (East Sheen) to find out what was happening but no one answered the phone. In the end we gave up and went for fish and chips. Finally cold pizza arrived and as per the pic i am sure the ham topping was green. I wrote 3 polite emails to the branch requesting a refund but never heard back. I used to really like this pizza place but after this terrible customer experience with no care for the customer i will have to look elsewhere. What a shame. Rob
