My partner and I came to Basingstoke & North Hants A&E in an ambulance as a precaution for possible carbon monoxide poisoning. The staff provided excellent, thorough, professional and friendly care. Absolutely exceeded all expectations. Would barely know there was a pandemic going on, they were brilliantly organised and attentive. Very much appreciate the excellent treatment we received, very grateful indeed. Adam Reds aka Adam Carbon :)

Excellent hospital staff, many of whom will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Facilities are generally clean, treatment teams are well-organised and efficient, and the food is balanced and tasty (and I have been very impressed with the gluten free options available as a coeliac). Thank you to all the staff who have made my fairly extended stay in hospital as pleasant an experience as possible: all the nurses, doctors and health care assistants work incredibly hard and care a great deal about their patients. I will forever be grateful for the life-saving treatment I have received.

I was admitted via A@E last Monday and first impressions were that of a busy and rather old facility. Eventually ended up on E3 ward, Bay 4 for just over a week. Could not fault it and the staff make it special. From the ward staff nurse and her efficiency, the ward nurses and their compassion, humour, empathy and their understanding of every patients needs to the HCA’s who perform the critical jobs which keep the place ticking. The tea lady knows what everyone wants and the food was really good when you think of the quantity served and the funding they have for each meal. Hygiene was second to none. Special mention must go to March, who runs a tight and happy Bay 4 in E ward and to David, this man knows what you need before you do and seems to be everywhere and is ever smiling and has time to talk. E3, Bay 4, the safest hands you could ask to be placed in. Mark Holden 22 Sept 2020

I'd just like to thank the staff in A&E and the Minor Injuries Unit who helped me get seen quickly and efficiently earlier on this week. I was in a great deal of pain and they all worked together brilliantly. Thank you!!

Amazing staff. The wait very much depends on what time you arrive. Credit to the NHS!
