I like this place but from personal experience it either goes really well or only average depending on who is working there. They seem to move staff about. I ordered 4 tyres on Monday and they would order them and call when in. No call by Thursday so I called them and they said it was in hand and would call when the tyres arrive. No call on the Friday so I rang them but no answer also tried again Saturday morning. So gave up and ordered tyres from Blackcircles and what a disaster that was! Wish I stayed with Value Tyres! Oh well we live and (try) to learn.
