I went to J Davy as found many positive reviews on Google But My first experience is not good with J Davy as I visited service station to fix noise from engine bay.... On First visit they advised me to change pulley and done the job.... But still problem wasn't fixed so Visited again to service station and then they changed drive belt and tensioner as well... In 2nd visit I was expecting that now this issue should be fixed as they investigated 2nd time but when I drove the car back still same noise was there.... Which is a big disappointment for me.... So I have visited third time and this time they advised me to change cambelt which was already changed 2 years back and some how I convinced myself for that as cambelt is a expensive part... But when I got my car back then I was seriously fed up these guys as problem was still there... They didn't check what I had mentioned in my statement and they were just fixing any small noises.... I specifically told them that noise come when I accelerate the car on 3rd, 4th gear and 5th Fourth time them they have shown one good thing and pick my car from my office . This time they have given me even bigger estimate of 600 pound and no suerity to fix problem... I had a word with service manager and he advised me to ignore that noise and drive with it... After 4 visits with same problem and repaired 3 times same issue... Result : ?? Ignore that noise.. Dissappointed, Unhappy, financial loss, mentally and physically harassed... with no result...

I have just had the best service from beginning to end. Joe was a great salesman who really cared. But the car is awesome too!. All friendly people in basingstoke. Would higher recommend.
Awful customer service j Davy basingstoke has had my car over a month and I haven't even had a phone call with any updates went to collect my car after the works and service was done and its wouldnt start sooo yeah and still waiting to get my car back...I've worked in customer service for over 10 years im so shocked with there service.....apart from Ellie in services every time I spoke to Ellie on the phone very helpful and professional.
Purchased my car in Feb this year with the help of Holly who was fab. Took my car in for its first service last week and was so impressed with the efficiency and politeness of all the staff, from the people cleaning cars at the front to the people servicing the cars at the back, and everyone in between! Thank you!
When my Dad died I tried to sell his car back to J Davy. They offered 9k. When I told them he was a loyal customer for 32 years it was still 9k. When I told them he'd had a Cavalier, a Carlton, an Omega, an Insignia, a Vectra, an Astra etc, all bought from them, it was still 9k. I tried to explain loyalty but they wouldn't even raise their offer by 50. It's been a few months since my Dad died and what turns up on my mum's doormat? Some mailing offer about their cars. I think J Davy needs to work on their hollow-hearted customer services
