As a regular here I have noticed standards can be quite poor. I've seen rats running around outside, overfilled bins, dirty toilet and rude staff. I have been made to feel it is my fault for issues with trying to redeem rewards too, is this how you reward loyalty? Staff have said to me \well phone customer services and complain if you are not happy\. Hardly what you call a pleasant experience. I won't be rushing back here.

Jan 2019: One Questions Shell's management standards in this Basingstoke Petrol Station...? Though this Shell Garage may look all yellow & glitzy, sell good driving food, LPG and the fancy V-Power petrol. But the on-site jet wash brush head looked a bit \end of life\ in November, but now two months later is absolutely bristle less - See enclosed picture...!!

Went there after work to buy a packet of cigarettes, left, got to the roundabout only to realise the packet was open and 8 were missing. Went back for the woman to have told me, I should have checked before I left, even though I was on the phone to my mother who I hadn’t spoken to in a while, yes I should have paid more attention but she works there, she should have checked. I work in a restaurant, where food can be to take away and if she had came there and ordered a burger to take away and I decided to eat half of it and she didn’t check before she left, she would have definitely rang up to complain or come back. I showed her my empty box which I had from my last cigarette I had at work and emptied my bag and she still tried to tell me she gave me a full box. Not happy with my experience there and definitely won’t be going back and definitely don’t recommend, absolutely fuming

Good service always from the staff. The quality of the hot food is amazing. The deals are pretty decent. Prices are slightly high however it is a Garage so that’s expected.
