Had the motor blower go out on system. I called Bass and within the hour the tech Randy was at my door. He was very polite. Didn't take him long to figure out the issue. The job was done in 2 hours from the time I called to the time it was fixed. Randy even had to go pick up the parts to get the job done. Thanks to Debbie who answered the phone for Bass when I called to tell them my heat wasn't working for quickly getting a tech to come out and thanks to Randy who got the job done quickly. Thankfully my kids and I won't be suffering tonight in a cold house.
