A very positive experience! I arrived in Bassano del Grappa from Austria on my way to Grosseto, and my Harley failed and needed a stator and a regulator. The mechanic and the front desk reception at the shop managed a very quick turnaround to get me on the road to join my friends, already gone from Bassano del Grappa. The stator arrived quickly, but a new regulator wouldn't arrive for another month. They performed their magic and found a used regulator, then got me on the road the next day. The result? I went on and drove another 6,000 km over the next 4 weeks, without a single problem! Thank you so much! And thank you dear receptionist, for your expert knowledge and English! (I apologize...I forgot the names of the mechanic and the receptionist.)

Sabato scorso durante un giro di due giorni ho riscontrato un problema al mio Road King, ero vicino a Bassano del Grappa ,ho telefonato ed ho trovato disponibilità immediata ad aiutarmi! Giunto in concessionaria, bellissima e fornitissima, sono stato immediatamente aiutato ed ho potuto proseguire il mio viaggio! Vi ringrazio veramente tantissimo! Siete stati fantastici.
