Very Accomodating host only on the first encounter /day. Air-conditioned room double deck bunk with small flat screen TV, 2 additional portable bed was provided(3 persons) , ref was clean ,with bunch of pans available but smells fishy, has plastic chairs ,stove and tank,electricfan and clean fridge was available.w
This rating is for the beach 5 stats because of its clear water. I went here May 12, 2018 to.conduct an ocular for our next family trip. Mobile signal is fair H or H for Smart and Sun no idea for Globe network limited PUJ access 40Php from San Juan publlic market going to the beach and short walk going to the beach house entrance. If you will be traveling from the beach going to San Juan (ALPS bus terminal) after 5PM you will then need to hire a tricycle with 3 person capacity 350Php Parking is available and you will then need to pay exrta as per Dakila Beach House Resort owner (son) the cost is Php100 per night. *This review will be updated after June 8 once we have completed our stay * I will provide further reviews with the ameneties in the next update

It was nice. There are just many boats surround the area that causes to be crowded, vehicle passage is tight, that it can only pass by 1 vehicle only. Sand and beach was great though. No need to pay entrance, just pay the cottage if day tour, rooms if overnight. Can bring foods. public toilet should be maintain cleanliness.
Though it is situated in the Public area of Hugom. The beach house is clean and everything you need they will provide. The caretaker were so accommodating as well as the owner despite that we haven't seen him in person but we have a good conversation and he send us all thr instructions through sms and email/airbnb. The only thing we don't like is the loud videoke on the other beach houses. But the rest is great! The room is good for 12 pax, clean bedsheets and towels. recommended dates to book is after June-Nov. if you want to enjoy the quiet beach were there are less tourist.
