worst customer service... only 3people working imagine that I got my number at 6:31pm and until I surrendered around 7:21pm, di pa talaga ako natatawag... I also understand priority lane...but the thing is I waited 50mins from queue number 22 to my number 29(wherein 30mins from 28-29), and the senior only waited for 10mins... pero mejo unfair padin s pakiramdam...kasi duh...ako nlng at ung senior ang nadun.. worst is that their staffs doesn't even make you feel welcome...
