very strategic yung pwesto ng subdivision. tahimik, malapit sa bayan, sa pamilihan at sa iba pang mga establishment. ang problema mabagal ang developer. wala pang playground at basketball court, makalat. hindi regular yung kuha ng basura, hindi regular yung cleaning. prang wala lang yung binabayad mo sa maintenance.
