We love this place. Greatest staff. Always able to get right in. It's our 8 year olds first batting cage experience and they made it easy and fun. We ordered a pizza and it was huge!! Very delicious, too. Highly recommend.

Cool place. A lot of pitches were hitting the ground before the plate. It's better to pay by minutes instead of tokens of 50 pitches.

I ordered a large Pepperoni pizza. It was okay, nothing special; simple no-flavor, crust (dirty on the bottom from the oven), and plain-tasting pizza sauce. Nothing memorable except the crust brought back memories of Domino's Pizza's cardboard-like tasting crust of 10 years ago. Domino's listened to their customers and made pretty good changes.

The machines do not throw strike, and sometimes the ball does not reach to the homebase. That is terrible because if you do not swing, you will lose money so that we are forced to swing out of strike zone that gives us a habit of swinging out of strike zone. I bought the value pack, 150 for 10 sessions of 15 minutes. It's quite pricey considering that one hour session is around 50. So, value is not there.
