We have just had a Markilux awning from Aspect Window Styling and are absolutely delighted with it and the service we received. Everything about the experience was nothing short of excellent from start to finish and would highly recommend them for any professional job. The initial measuring up was done in intricate detail and the various options explained. The difficult task for us was choosing the fabric& colour from a huge array of samples. Installation was smooth & efficient despite the strong (25-30 knot) winds not helping matters. The awning itself is a really well designed and looks perfect on our modern house. A special thank you to Nick for all your hard work and attention to detail.

My partner spent a huge sum of money on work carried out by Aspect Window Styling and found the process incredibly stressful. They provided an inconsistent level of service with much arrogance. The arrogance comes from the owner not being able to admit or accept liability for his failures. I would not recommend this company to anybody. The level of service was fine initially, but as soon as the work started and issues occurred, it went downhill. Very poor service with a questionable level of workmanship and aftercare. They are extremely reluctant to admit fault and returned to the property with a severe attitude problem, clearly not wanting to be there. I would highly recommend John Lewis instead, which is who we used for the remainder of the work, and what a breath of fresh air it was in comparison!

They are a quality product and were measured and expertly fitted (and they needed to be millimetre perfect, and drop absolutely vertically) by the owner. We had already had a great experience when using Aspect previously and were not disappointed this time. Nick came out to our flat and measured promptly as agreed - he was running a little late, but kept us informed. Aspect then managed to fit the blinds earlier than anticipated due to a cancelled appointment. We had ordered the 'Perfect Fit' blinds which fit inside the window frames and enable easy opening of the windows and patio doors. They look great and we are delighted with the service and quality of the product. Many thanks to Sarah, Nick and all the Aspect staff for a great job.
