I'm really glad we asked James to design and build our kitchen, the whole experience was a positive one. He was assured and professional from the word go, but more importantly he was patient while we explored ideas, not once pressuring us to commit. Once we had committed, the evolution of the design was a really collaborative process. James' guidance was spot on - defined and prescriptive when it needed to be, and more loose when that was appropriate. It gave the sense that we were in control, but also that he was never going to allow us to do anything daft! He gently challenged us on every aspect of the kitchen right down to the small details; no stone was left unturned to really ensure the end result worked ergonomically and looked stunning. I've no hesitation in recommending James very highly indeed.
