Why would an empty bus not stop when it is waved down clearly by an elderly person. D1 Trowbridge to Bath 13.21. Because the driver can't be bothered Rubbish service

THE 265/264 IS A MUCH BETTER SERVICE THAN THE CURRENT D1 SERVICE. D1X TO TROWBRIDGE DOES NOT DO THE FULL ROUTE TO TROWBRIDGE BECAUSE YOU GO AS FAR AS TURLEIGH THEN YOU HAVE EITHER WAIT FOR THE NEXT D1X TO TROWBRIDGE OR WALK TO CATCH THE NEXT D1 SERVICE TO WARMINSTER VIA TROWBRIDGE AND WESTBURY. FIRST BUS OF BATH NEEDS TO GET THE D1 SERVICE RIGHT BECAUSE IT IS CONFUSING WHEN IT SAYS IT GOES TO AS FAR AS WARMINSTER BUT THE TIMETABLE SAYS IT IS SUPPOSED TO GO TO SALISBURY FIRST BUS OF BATH HAVE TO GET A GRIP ON EVERY SERVICE OUT OF BATH BUS STATION APART FROM X31 AND PUT THE PROPER BUSES ON THE BAYS THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ON.
