Shocking service. Couldn’t move my stag do even though there’s a global pandemic (which they think going on a stag do would be acceptable) and getting less than half the refund which has taken 4 months to sort. Seems as long as you have paid all your money they couldn’t care about what happens after that.

Due to covid restrictions on travel and work we can not now make the travel dates and there has been a straight refusal of refunds from Groupia. In a very tough market for everyone their response has been terrible, just citing terms.

So easy to use and alter to create the perfect weekend. Just come back from my sisters hen do in Brighton and can honestly say it was the best time, everything from getting a quote to actually going was an easy ride, especially with the help of my events manager Hanna, she was absolutely amazing and kind all the way through. If any alterations needed to be made it was easily done and completely stress free. Recommend groupia to my cousin so can’t wait for the next hen do via this. Such a fun and activity packed weekend for a good price.

I had such a great experience with GoHen. Everything about the booking process was seamless, you just indicate what you would like to do and on what day and they figure the rest out for you! Having a dedicated person assigned to my booking also made the whole experience far easier as I was able to contact them any time and they were always very attentive and knowledgeable - no query was too much! Would definitely recommend.

I researched a few companies before booking my Stag weekend and I found that Groupia had the best options in terms of destinations and activities. From the moment I first emailed them about arranging my Stag Do to the day we flew out they have been brilliant. Any questions that I asked were either answered immediately or they would still reply letting me know that they would look into it. A special thanks to Jamie & Anna who were the two people I dealt with mainly. They have a great list of destinations and activities and everything is well priced. We had 8 going from one Airport and another going from a different one, we had some wanting to stay in the hostel and others wanting to find their own accommodation, none of this was an issue. They just sent us various prices and packages so people could chose what they wanted to do. Their online system was very useful as well and made paying etc a lot easier. When on the Stag our guide was great as well, helping us out with questions and recommending things to see and do. I would highly recommend Groupia for a Stag Do for their customer service, their prices and for the packages they are able to offer.
