The engineer decided that my phone battery was not a priority so he unconfirmed the appointment because somebody else should have the slot. Battery failed completely on the day it was due to be fixed. Had battery replaced by another supplier at a cost of 40 instead of 69. Got the feeling that the engineer did not want to do the job.
